All of our orders are handled and shipped from our UK warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Saturday, and all orders will be processed within 1-2 days from the order date.
Changes to orders can only be changed if your order hasn't been dispatched.

If you haven't received your order within 14 business days. Please use our contact page/live chat and we will try to resolve the issue.
We will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to come to a conclusion to what happened within transit.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email with your tracking number.
