All orders are sent out using royal mail recorded 24/48 hr depending on which shipping option you choose.
All tracking information will be sent to the email used up on purchase.
Yes we do offer collection from southampton.

We accept all major credit/debit cards aswell as klarna.
We try to process all orders within 24hrs of you placing your order.
Please note it may extend during busy periods.
24 Tracked will be delivered between 1-2 Business days from the order date.
Second class and 48 Tracked will be delivered between 2-3 business days from the order date.
As long as you haven't received a dispatch email we can cancel your order.
If you still haven't receievd your order within 14days please contact us & we will launch an investigation.
If you receive a defective order please contact us on our live chat or contact form & we will work with you to come up with the best solution.
Our return address is on the outside of every parcel we send.
Please note we do not offer refunds for products that have been opened unless defective.
