Refund policy

Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Important: For certain products, such as fragranced items, diffusers, candles, or personal care goods, once the package has been opened, we are unable to resell the item. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on opened items of this type unless they are faulty or damaged.

All items should be returned in the same condition in which you received them. To start a return, please contact us via our contact page. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • your item arrives damaged

  • your item is faulty

  • you receive the wrong product

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in line with your consumer rights.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items where hygiene seals have been broken

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return first (if eligible), and then place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the payment

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
